About Us
RISKA is a consultancy firm specialized in advising banks and employees in the field of risk management. Founded in January 2025, RISKA emerged as a response to the challenges faced by the banking sector following the post-pandemic period of COVID- 19 and employee fluctuations in the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Our mission is to provide expert advice in the field of risk management in banking, with a focus on integrated risk management, which includes risk identification, stress testing, and integration of results into ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) and ILAAP (Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process).

Alisa Bećirbegović
An enthusiast in embracing and adapting to change, a brave and cheerful mathematics professor with a decade of experience in risk management. Her primary focus is on credit risk, data management, credit risk models, as well as managing the risk management control function, including strategic risk management. She specializes in credit risk, ICAAP, ILAAP, recovery and resolution planning, as well as reporting to owners, bank management, supervisory boards, regulators, and external auditors.
