About Us
RISKA is a consultancy firm specialized in advising banks and employees in the field of risk management. Founded in January 2025, RISKA emerged as a response to the challenges faced by the banking sector following the post-pandemic period of COVID- 19 and employee fluctuations in the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Our mission is to provide expert advice in the field of risk management in banking, with a focus on integrated risk management, which includes risk identification, stress testing, and integration of results into ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) and ILAAP (Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process).

Alisa Bećirbegović
is a mathematics professor and risk management expert with over ten years of experience in the banking sector. Known for her enthusiasm, openness to change, and professional courage, she has dedicated her career to strengthening the resilience of financial institutions through regulatory and strategic advisory.
Throughout her career, she has been directly involved in the oversight and implementation of regulatory, supervisory, and internal projects, covering areas such as credit risk, liquidity risk, ICAAP/ILAAP, SREP, stress testing, credit risk modeling, recovery and resolution planning, as well as the organization, development, and implementation of risk management policies and procedures under both normal and stressed conditions.
After seven successful years leading the risk management function in the banking industry, she founded the consulting firm RISKA, BA, specializing in supporting banks across Southeast Europe in building operational and regulatory risk management capacities.
