Recovery Plan (hereinafter referred to as the Plan) represents a fundamental element of the bank’s strategic resilience and is one of the key documents within the regulatory framework for crisis management. Its purpose is to clearly define timely and effective measures that the bank can take in situations of severe financial instability, with the aim of preserving solvency and business continuity without external intervention.

The program covers all aspects of the recovery plan’s creation and updating process:

• Regulatory and supervisory requirements
• Role and practical application of the Plan
• Key components of the Plan
• Evaluation of the existing Plan: identification and monitoring of recovery indicators, development of realistic and proportional recovery options, scenario-based resilience testing of measures
• Definition of decision-making and escalation frameworks

Roles in the creation and updating of the Plan:

• Role of control functions
• Connecting the Recovery Plan with the bank’s management framework

• Number of participants: Limited (recommended maximum of 15 participants per program).
• Investment: 480 KM (240 €). 15% discount for the registration of more than 3 participants from the same institution.
